Stay Hydrated and eat light especially for Manual Lymphatic clients
During the Session

Actively communicate with your massage therapist about the pressure and comfort level.

Important note : Please report immediately if you experience sudden shooting nerve pain, numbness, cold, wave of heat shooting down to hands or feet, heaviness, or dizziness. We will adjust the massage techniques or stop the session depending the situation.

*Cosmetic surgery clients * - Manual Lymphatic Drainage is very gentle work and clients absolutely should not feel pain during the session. Also, no force will be used to express fluid from incisions (this technique should only be done under professional medical supervision). If your incision is not fully healed, please apply a bandage to avoid infection.If not, please wait until the incision heal before your appointment.

After the session

Stay Hydrated, especially for the next 24 hours (Avoid alcohol, it can dehydrated you)

Take a hot bath/ shower

Eat health (Avoid salty food, it can create more inflammation)

Gentle yoga/stretching (Avoid heavy workout for the next 48 hours)
